We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy covers the automated customer service assistant that replies to messages sent to our Facebook Page through Facebook Messenger.
When you message our Page, we receive and store:
— Your Messenger page-scoped ID (PSID), assigned by Meta.
— The messages and images you send to our Page, and our replies.
— Your phone number, only if you choose to share it with us in the conversation.
We do not receive your Facebook password, friend list, or profile beyond what Meta's Messenger Platform provides for customer service conversations.
— To answer your questions about our products and services.
— To have a member of our team call you back, when you ask us to and share your
phone number for that purpose.
— To improve the assistant's answers, using the content of past conversations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Replies in this chat are generated by an automated assistant. To generate each reply, the content of your conversation is processed by Anthropic's Claude API (Anthropic PBC, USA) acting as our data processor. If you ask whether you are talking to an automated system, the assistant will tell you truthfully. You can ask to speak with a human at any time, and a member of our team will take over the conversation.
Conversation records are stored on our server hosted in the European Union. We keep them for as long as needed to serve you as a customer, and no longer than 2 years after your last message, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your data is shared only with: Meta Platforms (as the messaging platform), Anthropic (to generate replies, as described above), and our own sales team. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law, and any lawful request from a public authority is reviewed, answered with the minimum data necessary, and documented.
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time. To do so, message our Facebook Page or email us at the address below. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.
